- Mania Kumar Added July 28, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am regular visitor of this medical center. I found doctor good and understanding. But in last few weeks I faced many issues with reception lady. I took appointment and then also keep on waiting without any further explanation. It happens with me 3-4 times. I took appointment and waited for 1 hour, asked the reception lady how long it will take, and the reply was I don't know. I asked what is appointment benefit? and she has no answer. I told if it is going to take time then why do you accept appoint timings or why don't you call the patient to update that it is going to take longer, no answer. I am fed up of this all, even I have given complaint to her, but don't know whether they have taken any action so just pointing here.

I was referred there by long-term locals who are most happy with the high level of service and professionalism at this little centre. Well worth considering if you are looking to find General Practitioners who will treat you as a person and not as a number.
